- Tax Credit Bridge Loan for Nonprofit and Governmental Entities: Michigan Saves is piloting a bridge loan program to facilitate tax-exempt organizations' access to the Inflation Reduction Act's (IRA's) new federal tax credit provisions for qualifying renewable energy and battery storage clean energy projects.
