  • Solar Rebates: Empire District Electric, now Liberty Utilities, offers solar PV rebates for installing net-metered solar photovoltaic (PV) systems. The program is available to all of Empire's retail customers on generally available residential, commercial, and industrial rate schedules. Rebate recipients must certify that the system will remain in operation on their property for its useful life (deemed to be a minimum of 10 years). READ MORE →

  • K-12 Energy Loans: Sunmetrix outlines The Missouri Energy Loan Program, administered by the Division of Energy in the Missouri Department of Economic Development (DED). It is available for energy efficiency and renewable energy projects for public and governmental buildings and structures.
