  • Granite State Clean Fleets (GSCF): The Granite State Clean Fleets (GSCF) program provides funding to help schools and local governments transition to cleaner vehicle technologies. Administered by New Hampshire Department of Environmental Services, this program is supported by the Volkswagen Mitigation Trust and funds projects that reduce harmful nitrogen oxide (NOx) emissions.   • Non-Residential Sector Competitive Grants Program: The Renewable Energy Fund Non-Residential Sector Competitive Grants Program supports renewable energy projects across various sectors, including schools. Administered by the New Hampshire Department of Energy, this program funds projects that generate Renewable Energy Certificates (RECs) from thermal or non-photovoltaic renewable energy sources.
